Instructions- How to use:
1. Gently polish the nail plate with the polishing block .
2. Apply Base Coat and cure in UV/Led lamp.
3. Apply a WHITE color gel. Two thin layers is recommended - each time to be hardened in UV/Led lamp.
4. Apply a layer of Top Coat and cure it.
5. Slightly polish the nail surface with a nail file.
6. Place a small amount of Blooming Watercolor Ink, in a small crystal washer. Using a thin brush, pick up the color from the holder and make your design pattern.
7. Apply Top Coat and cure it in UV/Led lamp.
